Steve, the Person

Well, I’m a Floridian thru and thru.  Born in Winter Park, FL and raised in Oviedo, FL – a little suburb that is now pretty big a little northwest of Orlando, FL – and after spending 10 years of my life living in Tallahassee, FL, I am now back to living in Orlando!  Life has definitely had it’s ups and downs, but in the end, you gotta roll with the punches.  Anything that doesn’t kill you just makes you stronger (cliche’, I know) as long as you have the capacity to deal with what you’re dealt and learn from life’s experiences.

My number one love in life (aside from my parents) is Florida Gators football.  I’ve been a fan since I was in the womb, and moving to Tallahassee has only strengthened my love and dedication for the boys from Titletown, USA.  It’s a great time to be Gator, as right now the University is going through one of the most prolific eras in the history of college sports with two basketball National Championships and two football National Championships in the last three years.

My other love  is traveling.  It really doesn’t matter why or where I’m traveling, I just love getting out of my security bubble and seeing new places, meeting new friends, and generating plenty of stories and memories.  I’m a huge roller coaster fan, and with some recent coercing, I’ve now started to appreciate more the awesomeness of rides that used to make me sick and scare the hell out of me.  I have ridden 160 different roller coasters throughout the United States, and while that number pales in comparison to many people I know, I feel extremely lucky to have experienced all that I have.

For as long as Ican remember in my time of having access to a computer, I’ve been enamored with design; web and print alike.  I’ve always had a love of designing web pages, but more recently I’m more into desktop wallpapers and the like.  I also love photography and am really in need of a good SLR, so if you feel like donating, I’m sure a PayPal account could be set up for anyone generous enough to help in that goal.  ::crooked smile::
